[ HOW IT WORKS — 01 ]
THE DROP
Every HOLLOW release runs the same way: a fixed number of pieces, a posted window, a lottery. The mechanics below are the whole thing — there is no hidden queue and no side door.
01 /
A FIXED RUN
A drop is a set quantity. The count is printed on the drop page and it does not move. The price is posted up front and holds for the whole run.
When the run has been allocated and paid, that is the end of it. We do not restock, reissue, or bring anything back by popular demand. Completed runs move to the archive with their records intact; cancelled runs stay cancelled.
02 /
THE WINDOW
Entry opens and closes at posted times. Inside the window it is one entry per account — stacking entries does nothing except get the extras removed.
Some drops carry an entry requirement. When one does, it is stated plainly on the drop page before you enter, not discovered afterward.
[ TIMING ]
Allocation is a draw, not a race. An entry in the first minute and an entry in the last minute carry the same odds.
03 /
THE LOTTERY
When the window closes, allocation runs on the entry pool. Winners get a payment window — its length is posted per drop, usually 48 hours. Pay inside it and the piece is yours.
Miss the window and the allocation moves to the next entry in line. That continues until the promotion cutoff passes and the run closes out. Nobody at HOLLOW picks winners, and nobody can move you up the list.

AFTER THE WIN
Payment confirms the claim. The piece ships encoded and sealed, and it appears in your collection the moment it is activated.
From activation on, the garment answers for itself — that part is covered under The Tap.
