TERMS

By accessing or using HOLLOW, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use HOLLOW on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

You need an account to enter drops and make purchases. You agree to:

• —provide accurate information and keep it current;
• —keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use;
• —take responsibility for all activity under your account.

Your username is claimed once and your account is personal to you — do not share, sell, or transfer it. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim usernames that are misleading, infringing, or abusive.

Drops are limited releases. Entry is by lottery: you may submit one entry per drop, within the published entry window.

• —Entering a drop is not a purchase and does not guarantee allocation. Allocation is determined by our allocation process and may take into account fairness and standing.
• —If you are allocated a garment, you must complete payment within the stated payment deadline. If you do not, your allocation is forfeited and may be offered to others.
• —Bots, scripts, multiple or fake accounts, and any attempt to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited and may result in disqualification and account action.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), with taxes applied as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

We may cancel or decline an order — for example, on suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.

Where available, you may choose delivery or pickup. For delivery, provide an accurate address; for pickup, attend within the stated window.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in a garment passes to you on delivery or pickup. Failed deliveries or missed pickups caused by incorrect details or non-collection are your responsibility.

HOLLOW garments are limited, made-to-release items. Returns are accepted onlyfor items that are defective or materially not as described — not for size, fit, or change of mind.

Each HOLLOW garment carries an embedded NFC tag and a provenance record. Tapping the tag lets you and others verify the item’s authenticity and ownership history.

• —You must not tamper with, clone, remove, or counterfeit NFC tags, or interfere with the provenance system.
• —Provenance is linked to ownership and updates as ownership changes. Misrepresenting authenticity or provenance is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• —use bots, scrapers, or automation to access HOLLOW, enter drops, or make purchases;
• —create multiple or fake accounts, or circumvent entry limits or security controls;
• —reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the platform, or tamper with NFC and authenticity systems;
• —engage in fraud, money laundering, or unlawful resale;
• —infringe our or others’ intellectual property;
• —harass or abuse our staff, partners, or other users.

HOLLOW — its name, logo, designs, garments, site content, and provenance system — is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the site and your account for their intended purpose. Buying a garment does not transfer any intellectual property rights in our designs or brand.

If you submit content (for example, through support), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve HOLLOW.

We may host events (such as the Destructathon and pop-ups) accessible via passes. Events have their own rules, capacity limits, check-in, and age and safety requirements. Owner and guest passes are personal; do not transfer them except as the feature allows. We may change, reschedule, or cancel events.

Merits, collector tiers, and similar features are loyalty mechanics with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may adjust, expire, or discontinue them.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with the law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive termination.

HOLLOW is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under India’s consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a garment or order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of HOLLOW.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact our Grievance Officer first to resolve any issue.

We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. For material changes, we will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms the next time you sign in.
